Good Days and Bad

Day 285 in my trek toward Mickey

My goal today was threefold: (1) Go to work for four hours and give it everything I’ve got, (2) take a shower tonight (this is a major effort right now) and (3) stay sugar-free and eat three healthy meals today, being mindful of my portions.  Done.  Done.  And done…except I stayed at work for 5 and a half hours.  It was too long.  I hit my pain threshold and am suffering the consequences this evening.  Live and learn.

I need to go and get some sleep.  Here’s hoping tomorrow’s a better day,
